From working with Dave and team and recovering 100% with full range of motion having prior surgery with 4 anchors in my labrum, which is my balance arm in bowling. Shortly after full recovery, listing to everything Dave and team had instructed I reached quilification and signed my contract to go professional. Now competing on the PBA Regional Tour for 3 years making tremendous progress over the years. Present day maintenance on my bowling shoulder is a must, putting in heavy gym work 5 days a week and an average of 50 games a week on the boards. db Orthopedics is top knotch and has my complete trust. This was my first time having PT and I regret for not considering it sooner. I highly recommend Marisa! She is amazing! On my first day, she listened to me and structured therapy addressing my concerns. She is very knowledgeable. Right away, she knew exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed and always received attention needed. The key is to also follow her instructions and stick to the routine she recommends including home exercises. After about 8 sessions over the period of 2 months I felt so much better. Thank you Marisa. I also want to point out that staff at db Ortho is very friendly and helpful.
