Be aware that if you do not purchase the additional cleaning service (that is not mentioned before you pick up the keys) they’ll still charge you that amount even if you leave the property spotless. They’ll then ignore your emails until you go away. This is theft and the company act like thieves. See photos for how property was left. Squeaky clean by anyone’s standards.

Completely agree with comment about the cleaning deposit. We arrived to a filthy property, blood and urine stains on the duvets - no clean sheets or pillow cases provided. Microwave and cupboards filthy. When we left we cleaned thoroughly. They sent through photos of dark long hair on the floor - clearly planted as we all have short blonde hair! When we raised our objections to them withholding the deposit we received a rude abusive email refusing to accept it. Be very careful if you stay here. Take your own bedding and towels and don't expect your EUR 200 back as they will not return it. This Deborah woman is a complete crook.

In 2020 hebben we bij Immo Wenduine ons appartement gekocht te Wenduine, en hierbij een uitmuntende service mogen ervaren. Nikolas gaf ons voldoende bedenk- en evaluatietijd, faciliteerde een vlotte communicatie tussen verkoper en koper, en tijdens het verkoopproces begeleidde hij ons efficient doorheen de noodzakelijke administratie (met notarissen, gemeente,...). Ook na de verkoop bleef Nikolas steeds beschikbaar voor advies ivm renovatie en lokale aannemers. Een zéér goede ervaring met Immo Wenduine en dan ook absoluut aanbevelingswaardig!
Ze vinden hier een covid 19 negatief reisadvies niet belangrijk genoeg om de verhuur overeenkomst te annuleren en zoals afgesproken een voucher te verstrekken
Uitstekende service bij verkoop van onze woning. Snelle respons, eerlijk prijsvoorstel, open communicatie over kandidaat kopers, nuttige suggesties en vlotte onderhandeling tussen verkoper en koper. Kortom aanbevelens waardig.
