They are very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. Gerry in service goes above and beyond for his customers. Red in sales makes his customers from the start, & certainly knows how to keep them coming back. As for everyone else at Tyler's, such a great friendly crew. They treat my wife so nice. Definitely one of the best motorcycle dealers I've been to, I travel for a living and I'm glad these guys are in my hometown. Should I feel the need to own a 3rd Indian motorcycle they have my business.

Had my mind set to get back into motorcycles and wanted a BMW. Stopped by one evening on my way home. They were already closed but Red opened for me to look around. Guess what - they had what I was looking for - sweet deal and great customer care. I felt absolutely comfortable committing to a bike that evening and arranging for all the details the next day. What an experience. Fantastic. Joe and Red - great team and I look forward to experiencing their service team after reading the reviews about them. I am very glad that I landed here to start riding motorcycles again.

Writing this review without even visiting. I live far from Green bay and call them to set up an appointment for an inspection and they took my VIN and told me there is a recall and need time to get the parts and set up appointment on a later date(2 weeks). Couple days before the appointment i get a call saying they haven't ordered parts and need VIN to order. Unacceptable... Edit: they fixed it, got a call that they have the needed parts and i can get the recall done for the same scheduled appointment. Edit: Staff are fantastic. I feel like a total A hole writing above after talkng to the staff here..

I was shopping for a bike online, and the color I wanted wasnt available in my home state at any of the dealers. I found Tytlers Cycle and had the awesome experience working with Jon Matz. I had a motorcycle shipped from Wisconsin to Arizona and it cost less than if I would have bought it at any of the local dealerships. I couldn't be happier. I thought for sure this was going to be a difficult ordeal getting a bike shipped, bot Jon made it effortless. Cant recommend these guys enough, the communication was almost instant, which is huge to me. Thanks again everyone, I love the bike!

The store has wide range of bikes, a large inventory, and a good selection of accessories.
