Dr.Bazzi is excellent. Excellent. The staff is mostly nice especially on the phone. It’s very very busy. The Healthcare around here is very difficult. I would get out of this area if you’re able. Good luck

I love my doctor so much here but I hate that I have to wait over an hour in the waiting room to get in to see him.

Dr. Burks has been a joke as a practitioner. His bedside manner is atrocious. He forgets whether I have had a procedure or not. He forgets whether this kidney stone is my only stone, he never brings a chart into the exam room, then goes out to get it to refer to it. He performed a cystoscopy on me on a Wednesday morning after returning from a urologist conference and coming in on the red eye flilght. I asked him point blank if he was competent to perform said surgery. He said yes. I knew in my gut after looking at how tired/red-eyed he looked, he was NOT. I have been in extreme pain - urinating blood ever since. I believed he performed the surgery incorrectly, as my pain level has not subsided since the surgery and stent removal in his office. Which, by the way, even with a small amount of lidocain cream, he did not even let set in, was extremely painful in and of itself. He is a complete mess of a doctor/surgeon. I have asked him repeatedly for 3 days for some sort of pain relief for this and his answer/his medical assistants answer has been \go to the ER\. I have wasted losing 2 days of work, and going to the ER would lose another day of work, as well as a 200 copay there. After my 1500 copay for the surgery which was completly botched in my opinion. I believed that my kidney was scratched/cut/perforated somehow, due to his incompetence/tiredness/hangover from the redeye flight. I am truly disappointed in the service from Dr. Burks and the staff at Michigan Urology. I am going to seek a second opinion from my primary doctor, to see if my gut feelings are indeed correct. I come from 18 years of veterinary medicine, and this amount of blood in my urine cannot be correct. I cannot post this review with 0 stars, so I have to go with 1, which is really a 0 in my book. I am not a litigious person, or I would have my next call to this office be from my attorney. Kelly Utykanski
