Very busy but efficiently operated so wait time isn’t long. Great selection of drinks and food available. Manager was being strict with wearing of masks which was great. Door policy was no mask, no service. Some dude tried his luck without one and wasn’t served.

Meh. I order nearly the same thing at every DD with about 75% accuracy. I'm tending to look for mom and pop coffee shops (which there are 2 in this area but more expensive). It seems like better quality. Ordered this bagel with butter the other day and I received it extra "crispy" with some gooey substance that is disguising itself as butter. But I call shenanigans! Its either vegetable oil with butter flavor, or "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter." Because it sure doesn't seem like butter. Just more and more disappointed with the quality. And why did they give me enough butter to drain off and feed my family for a week? The coffee, when its made right, is usually good. But the donuts and everything else, just tastes like poor quality. I think I'm done.

Came into an empty lobby on a Sunday at 7:30am. They asked my 7 year old and I to wear a mask. In fairness to them, they do offer one to you in a box which is next to the cash register and likely not sterile (I watched him reach in as he offered it, thereby contaminating them). I could understand the policy if the store was full. However, when corporate policy overrides rational thinking it becomes difficult to support their business. The staff does not consistently where or use their mask properly, eliminating the potential benefits. Why force your customers to do so?

I can’t begin to describe how amazing the staff at this location is. I walked in and the manager was busy but she stopped to take my order! This is exceptional. I truly appreciated her going above and beyond to service me even when she didn’t have to. That’s how a manager should be. The cashier who made my drink even suggested a new way to try my favorite drink. Makayla and the manager made me feel so welcomed. I will definitely be back. I hope these ladies get the praise they deserve because this is what keeps good customers

We ordered 2 sugar maple bacon croissant 2 coffee and on a separate to go order bagel with cream cheese and orange juice. The food was delicious. The ordered got messed up. The cashier was new and training. Everything was fixed to our liking. Happy customers.

Used to be a good running Dunkin’ location. But over the last few months it’s just gotten terrible. Extremely long waits every single time. Even if there’s only a few cars, coffee is hit or miss if it’s made correctly, food is almost always prepared poorly or burnt to hell. Definitely not as good as they used to be at this location

Dunks really needs to get it together. I order the same coffee and it never tastes the same each visit. When I order food they get the order wrong half the time. And heaven help you if you modify the food. I haven't found 1 dunks in 3 states that consistently gets it right. Very disappointing.
