I’ve gone to Dr. Russell for 3 years now, and my mother went to her for 30 years. Dr. Russell delivered me as a baby and my mom recommended that I come see her now that I’m grown. I completely understand what people mean when they say she’s cold, which, she is, but I’ve never had a problem with it. I just always assume she’s busy and doesn’t have time for small talk. I had my IUD inserted by her 3 years ago and she was great; she answered all my questions beforehand, and was very helpful given I was only 17 when I went through with it. Personally, I have had no problems or issues, it’s always an easy and (mostly) painless experience!

Dr Russell was the first doctor to actually listen to me and help me solve my problem. She's quick, to the point, but most importantly she's knows what she is doing. Her staff is kind and attentive. After coming from another office that treated me like I was crazy, actually getting treated for my problem was a big relief. I highly recommend Dr Russell.
