My experience with this office was a lot better with an amazing staff, including the courtesy officer! Everyone was very helpful, informative, & friendly! I have not actually went to speak to the lawyers yet but based on my entrance to the facility I’m not comfortable at all. Also the doors are locked so they have to buzz you in. Next when you walk in there are 2 security officers eating and two young (or old) ladies sitting at the front desk. They are not friendly, they don’t greet you. They simply hand you a clipboard and tell you to fill out the paperwork and bring up your identification. I just expect a certain type of customer service and here it wasn’t

I walked in the office to sign some papers. The Receptionist did not Greet me . She just looked at me and asked what’s my phone number. She don’t have any manners plus don’t wear a mask. This my second time dealing with her here. Please hire someone else she is not qualified for the job . She is to rude.

If you read the reviews there’s a pattern which means most of these reviews are fake to make the company look better. Beware of this location. I’ve had two interactions with you guys to be clear and i wouldn't doubt it nor be surprised. Let’s not get into details to further damage the reputation.
