This was my first visit to this center for the sleep study. The experience was absolutely wonderful and professional from the beginning to end. I noticed that everyone treated veterans and families with so much respect. You can feel it in there. The sleep study session was professional as well. The instruction by Ms. Taylor Hicks and the assistance from Mr. Troy Jackson exceeded the standards. I am so appreciative to them and thank you so much for the experience. As a retired Army Senior NCO, \Thank you\ for making my day better.

The four stars are ONLY for the customer service provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the wait times for primary care APPOINTMENTS goes well beyond 15 minutes. A couple of times before, I have waited over an hour to be called just for vitals. After it's been an hour, they would inform me my appointment would have to be reschedule due to it's over my scheduled time. That is unacceptable. It's bad enough that when trying to schedule an appointment, it's so far out in advance. So now I have to wait even longer for an appointment? That's absurd!

The online medical network at this location is OUTSTANDING!!! My husband receives the best cancer treatment. Men you got to wear the gown - at least once a year. His primary doctor ran some baseline tests because he had not visited in sooo long. Basic x-ray showed her a spot of concern. Through the team of doctors at this location, his lung cancer has been in remission for over 3 years!!! Who knew you could live strong with one lung. The Atlanta VA staff is the best at being kind and caring!!!

Overall a very nice facility, plenty of parking and easy to find. Took (3) tries to be directed to the correct booth (A-E....etc) to get checked in but once that was sorted out the level of care was excellent! Staff was friendly and engaged, facility seemed clean from what saw. Getting the appointment was easy and fast.
