Bought a brand new mule. The entire vehicle is sun damaged. They said it was sitting out in the elements for a year. Refused to replace sun damaged seat belts. Safety hazard. You can see the buttons ink are wearing away. Ridiculous. Also, engine light came on within a week. Be very careful with this dealership That is sun bleaching in the photo. Not a shadow. I know, wild.

The salesman was nice and friendly. We purchased a new Kawasaki mule. We also purchased a top and windshield . They add an extra charge for the installation of the top. They could not get the top and windshield to fit on the mule. They refunded our money for the top but still charged us for the installation that we did not get. They refused to refund the installation charge. Can you imagine buying a new Kawasaki Mule and Freedom Powersports Decatur cannot get the top to fit and they feel untitled to keep the installation fee??? We would drive 500 miles before we would do business with them again.

Fantastic experience with these guys. Found a great deal on a bike unfortunately I live 3 hours away. No problem though called Shane and he took care of everything for me. Did all paperwork online I hired someone to ship it and he even made sure it got out safely. It is everything I could have asked for and more. Flawless condition and excellent customer service all the way through. Can’t recommend them enough.
