I wish they would overhaul probation services along with police. I call this place consistently and get no answer, just sent to a voicemail. My probation officer tells me to report through text and then I get a text message the next day saying you missed your appointment and have 2 business days to show up. I repeatedly asked my probation officer if she is sure it’s “through text” and not in person. She said yes, yet here I am now worried I’ll have a warrant for not showing up when I was told not to. Not sure what to do but drive up there now!

I paid off my fine and and closed out my case and Bridges had the nerve to say see you next year... Miserable...
I visited this location and the receptionist was the only pleasant thing about this visit. I visited on behalf of a family member and Mrs. Leah Bridges was very dismissive. She did not want to answer any question and barely looked at me. I was so disappointed in this interaction.
They treat everyone terrible .... like we are criminals. They have attitudes for no reason and they think they can talk down to you. They had my payments wrong and they got mad at me because i corrected them....smh...
The women that work here are disgusting . They have the nastiest attitudes . They are full of misery and sadness . It’s like they wake up and come to work just to be rude . Especially fisher she is prolly the worst . Just a old hag who probably just unsatisfactied with her life . The ONLY person who has not been rude to me was the Caucasian man that works here . He is fast , diligent & isn’t rude . He answers questions and provides great customer service skills.
