After meeting with Randall from Deck Builders and receiving his proposal, which was light on substance, had errors, omitted features and had no visual design or diagrams to help us visualize, I concur with the other reviews posted here that say this company is a waste of your time. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive an estimate after my wife and I reached out 3 times to Randy to find out the status. Other contractors we met with provided estimates either same day or within several days. Randall's reason, explained in an email to me, and I quote....\ I felt that it would be a waste of my time to invest a great deal of energy and time into a detailed written proposal and 3D renderings.\ This was because his estimate exceeded our initial target budget, which we discussed when we met. A professional would provide an estimate, discuss the price difference when they presented their estimate and work with you to either reduce scope (logical) or see if you can increase your budget, which is usually a possibility. We are still gathering estimates but re: Deck Builders is one to pass over for sure. These guys will waste your valuable time.

The worst possible builders. Literally waste of time and money. Highly recommend not to do business with these fraud people.
The employees are hard workers, but owners are not responsible.
