Rented a bus for our guests for a wedding. The bus driver showed up 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. He told the guests when he arrived that o one told him when he was supposed to show up\. We signed a contract with the time. We asked for a second trip from the church to the venue that never happened. For the final pickup of the night the bus driver walked into the wedding venue and was walking around. It was almost impossible to get a hold of anyone to coordinate anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR EVENTS
Originally we had been planning to use Putney for transportation of our guests on school buses from downtown Boston to our wedding. At first they were fairly responsive and best in pricing and seem to have good reviewed only. However as the time got closer they completely stopped communicating and I could not get a hold of them via email or phone. I started getting returned emails that were \undelivered\ and my phone calls kept going to random voicemail boxes. Finally I left emails and voicemails to cancel our order as I didn't need to deal with a transportation issue on my wedding day. They then responded immediately to the email with barely an explanation or apology.
Very clean, professional, and on time. Exceptional service.
