RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! I never leave negative reviews, but feel compelled to look out for my fellow boaters. Despite other negative reviews, I ordered from Deep Blue online to save some money, and then no word of a shipment or tracking. I called and Spoke to Mike, the owner who said the item had shipped. Sounds great. He was just a bit behind uploading tracking numbers. 3 days go by, nothing. Call Mike back, he confirmed the item had shipped again, but refused to provide a tracking number and said he would email it later, and that USPS is behind. I understand shipping delays once the part has been SHIPPED, but just wanted the tracking number and I told him calmly I would wait and write it down on our call. I have a pending haul out on a sail boat and need the part ASAP without games. Then, without asking, Mike CANCELLED the order and said to go buy it elsewhere and HUNG UP on me! Clearly the part never shipped or he would not have cancelled the order and processed a refund without a return. I am always taken aback by people who lie so easily. Now I am in a bind because I relied on Deep Blue Yacht Supply and Mike their owner. BEWARE! Their prices are lower because they have no option but to lower prices to make up for horrendous service.

After ordering a boat propeller in the beginning of November, I began inquiring as to the order status in January. I figured maybe the holidays were causing delays... no big deal, I live in Michigan and the water is kind of hard right now anyway. So at the beginning of January they tell me the boat prop will ship out the following week. Fast forward more than 3 weeks later, no prop, no email, no tracking number... nothing. I emailed the company AGAIN, and told them if they can't get me a ship date, get me a refund. The only thing they did promptly was issue a refund. So thanks for holding onto my money for me for a few months? Never doubt business with this company again.
I have purchased many items without problem then yesterday I got a prop that was LH instead of RH, which I ordered. I called them and they are taking care of the problem, they said they would send a new one and a return label for the one I got. Everyone makes mistakes, but I could not ask for better service. They are making it right, will do business with them again
Needed help finding the right size prop for our boat The person that answered the phone was beyond helpful got me exactly what I needed it was shipped so fast to our house we would definitely recommend this company to anyone! The koozie in the box was icing on the cake.
We have a boat rental and a boat club facility in Melbourne, we buy our propellers only with Deep Blue Yacht Supply. They have top of the notch service, delivery is always very fast and their prices are very good. I highly recommend!
