I've lost count of how many years I've lived here and only because it feels like home. Ashton is the best! She has been so wonderful and very attentive. As far as maintenance goes they are there as quick as they can to get the job done. Alfredo is awesome! I would highly recommend The Boulevard to any and everyone. This is a wonderful place to live. Keep up the good work guys!

If you're looking for an apartment in the Deer Park area, Bouleavrd at Deer Park is hands down the place you should call home! The apartment homes are beautiful on the inside and out and my garden tub is my favorite! Grounds are well kept including pet waste stations where bags are provided. Although the dog park, swimming pool and gym are super nice ammenties, the office staff truly is what keeps me here. They care about their residents immesnsley and continuously go above and beyond to please us. I absolutely love all of the social events that are held throughout the year and my puppy sure is happy when she receives a treat just for stopping by the office. Boulevard at Deer Park will treat you like family, not just a tenant. You will be called by name and not your apartment number. 10/10 Reccomend!
Absolutely fantastic apartment in Deer Park. Been living here for nearly three months and I have no complaints. Well kept, clean, affordable, and the two girls that work in the leasing office, Jessica and Ashton, are as professional and friendly as one could ask for. They make an effort to learn the names of tenants and make you feel like you're actually part of a community, not just paying for space. The pool and gym are nice, and the whole complex is surrounded by everything I need. All in all, a thoroughly positive experience.
This is my 1st time living in an apartment and I love it! Ashton is great and my dog loves her! I highly recommend these apartments.
I have lived in many apartments over the years and by far this is my favorite. The staff, Ashton and Jessica are professional and very courteous to all that reside here and to those looking for an apartment. The maintenance crew are fast on your work orders and have always solved any problem that i have had.the same day. The grounds are always kept clean and the pool area is the nicest i have ever seen . I have made several friends here and they love living here. I would recommend this apartment complex to any of my friends. Thanks again to Ashton and Jessica for everything you've done for me.
