Dont waste your time with this dealer. Agreed on a price on a used machine after weeks of unresponsive communication. they offered to hold it and refused my offer to take a deposit. When returning a few days later to close the deal they sold it to someone else. They said they got more money elsewhere and basically that I was at fault for not insisting they take my deposit. Totally unprofessional staff.

was refereed here by a power washer manufacturing company as they are supposedly a dealer. when i arrived there is a number to call on the door due to covid, I called the number and told them what i was looking for. The gentleman on the phone was very nasty and said nope we don't have the parts here and have never heard of that brand.(fine) I pushed to try and remind him this brand makes john deer power washers. i was told no you're wrong and the parts you're looking for are probably too cheap to be sold here. then got told we don't have it here buster then promptly hung up on . If they don't carry the parts that's fine but being rude to a potential customer for no reason is a terrible way to do business. I couldn't find the part i needed at a reasonable price so i wound up just buying a new power washer, that sale would of been theirs if not for the terrible customer service. Do not shop here.
Employees care about their jobs, customers and the overall company. To name a few TOM in sales, Dan in Rental’s and Anthony in service. Not many company’s left like this. Thanks for great service
