I looked up a lot of places on our way to our destination. Alot of those places had some not so good reviews. I found this newly built (last year) Studio 6 and read the reviews and seen the photos posted. I was so glad we picked this place for our 2-night stay. Looks exactly like the pictures. Nothing deceiving. Everything was so clean and nice! I loved the little kitchenette and the bathroom was so clean, the bed was so comfy! My family was comfortable! They had plenty of cameras in the parking lot, plenty of lighting. It was so quiet and respectful. Check-In was fast, Management “Chris” I believe his name was that checked me in was nice and understanding that we had a puppy (dog). We followed all rules & their guidelines and there wasn’t an issue at all.

This hotel really good... everything is in perfect condition. The appliances are super clean and modern. The parking lot feels very safe as well as there is plenty of light. The owner or manager was also very nice and accommodating. I will definitely be staying here again anytime I'm in the houston area.
I stayed here two nights. The room was super clean. I was offered room service on my second day. This is the first Studio 6 i stayed at. The fridge is almost full size and the room also has a stove top burner. Great room.
Management is super friendly. Super clean and quiet place. Rooms are nice and modern and are cleaned daily. Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back when I’m working in the area.
Brand New Hotel. Owner/Manager was very nice. The parking lot seems safe with cameras viewing the one way in and out of the complex. Will stay again when I am in the area.
My three week stay here was very comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional! Rooms are extremely clean! Will definitely come back and stay here soon!
I stayed at the hotel for 2 1/2 months. First arrived Chris was helpful and polite. Rooms were extremely clean. Also the property was very quiet no issues. Chris also worked with us by scheduling housekeeping to come after 4 to clean out rooms for the contractors that worked nights. During the winter storm the hotel never lost power just water for 1 day which is no control of Chris, but he and his family made sure everyone had water in their rooms. Overall Chris, his family and hotel was very nice. I will be staying here again!! Thank you again Chris! - Robert
Property well kept. My room was nice and clean. I was surprised that they didn't change the bedding and trash every day. In fact I had to ask for my trash to be emptied. Also, I'm used to having all the amenities (pots and pans, dishes, silverware) when I stay at a Studio 6. When I checked out I mentioned that to the clerk and he explained that it was due to Covid-19. I can see their point and I am okay with that. I just had not planned on buying meals for four days. Next time I will be prepared.
