Recently we took our 2001 Impala to Joe and crew for some steering and suspension issues. All work to be done was explained and performed to our complete satisfaction! Joe gave us options to keep repairs less expensive and never tried to sell us anything beyond what was needed! It’s a good feeling to trust your mechanic in their knowledge and fairness, that’s how we feel about Joe and his crew. We have been a customer for several years.

I have visited Deerfield Automotive repair for my automotive needs going on 15 years. Recently I acquired a 2000 Mercedez Benz S500 that had numerous issues with the air suspension system. Difficult to diagnose and satisfy a cost effective solution. Joe suggested removing the computer controlled air suspension system with a traditional suspension system saving me thousands of dollars in replacement cost. The new suspension system performs very well. Another good repair job by Deerfield! Hats off to Joe and his staff of mechanics! I highly recommend Deerfield for your repair needs. He has worked on my 2000 Ford Ranger, my three Impalas (2004, 2008 and 2014), 2014 Toyota Tacoma and my Mercedes. Does not matter what make or model or year of your vehicle. Joe and his team at Deerfield will service your vehicle with expertise and skill and also provide the greatest of customer care and service. Right (near) on the corner of Clay road and Barker Cypress under the Kwik Kar banner is Deerfield. I recommend them for all your automotive mechanical needs.

My truck had a major problem with the sway bar, ball joints and other issues. I was recommended to talk with the Joe (owner). Joe was very professional and easy to talk to. His adviser called be after the tech had diagnosed the problem and explained in detail the solutions. After a few hours, my truck was ready and good to go! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. Joe was honest and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend Deerfield auto repair for any issues with your vehicle. Superb job!!!!!

Yesterday I tempted fate because on the last time I’d been out of the house to drive anywhere — a week ago or more — my car’s dashboard electrical system warning light had come on. I was hoping it was just a dying battery, since I have jumper cables, and that I could get this errand completed even if I had to beg a jump-start from some stranger. Alas, it was not the battery, but the alternator, which had failed — meaning no more juice was going into the battery, and my car therefore went completely dead about 10 minutes from my destination. But I coasted to a stop — with the engine dead, no power steering, no dashboard lights at all — into the parking lot of Deerfield Auto Repair & Kwik Kar. Owner Joe Fallin and his capable staff promptly diagnosed my problem and gave me a fair estimate. They replaced my alternator and battery both (never keep an old battery with a new alternator!) within the estimated time, about three hours, and hosted me in the meantime in a clean and well-appointed waiting room (easy to maintain pandemic-driven social distancing). Friendly, competent, honest, diligent — fate delivered me into good hands, and I'm happy to recommend them to anyone.
