I have been going to Jerry’s Artarama for years and have always found the staff to be very helpful and courteous. Today I went in to have a picture rematted and was helped by the store manager Brett Kuck. Brett went above and beyond to help me find the right matting and to make sure I was happy. I highly recommend Jerry’s Artarama.

Immediately after walking in to Jerry's Artarama in Deerfield Beach, staff greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I told her I was looking for spray paint. She didn't tell me where it was, she stood up and walked me to the paint aisle and was telling me about the Montana brand. Immediate service like that is hard to find. What I'm ready to work on my project, I'll definitely visit Jerry's again.

I could spend all day in this store it has everything and the staff are very friendly. The down side is the prices.whoa! The have discounts for membership cards which I got it only took a second. I will definitely go back sometimes it is worth the money to get what you really need and high quality items.
The service on the website is non-existent. My orders arrived with broken items and missing items- expensive paint. They never answer the phone and now even the useless chat is not operating. How can I get my money back, or even replacement items if there isn't anyone to talk to? I emailed customer service, but it like a big joke against customers that isn't funny. Nobody responds. Brett- thank you for reaching out- and I do appreciate your kind and amazing offer, especially considering that you are not in any way associated with them. I am sorry that you share a name with the online retailer, and that your reputation is unfortunately tied to theirs. My review was solely directed to them.
So many beautiful papers, so many options in everything, I can't believe I just discovered this store, I will return!
Brett and his colleagues make the shopping experience an awesome event. They're knowledgeable and very friendly people; I find all my materials right there, in the store, and with great conversation for great value! If you're in the area and into art stop by; you will be wowed by their service , knowledge and friendliness ---and of course, excellent products that artists need. Go Brett and Team and kudos to Jerry's Artarama for being there!!
Love this store I found some wonderful bargains, there's so much to choose from, I spent over an hour shopping cause they had such awesome stuff, I will be shopping there for all my art supplies. And the staff is so helpful and considerate. I felt like I was special to them, how I like to feel when I shop somewhere.i give the staff a 10 for being so easy to communicate with.
