We had a GREAT experience with Chimney Monkey!! We contacted several companies to receive quotes for a chimney dryer vent cleaning. Chimney Monkey was by the most responsive and the most reasonably priced. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and date. They were extremely thorough, and left our home as clean (honestly maybe even cleaner!) then when they arrived. I will definitely be using Chimney Monkey annually for this maintenance at our home and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone else looking for this service!

Just had Art out to our house in Deerfield to clean a smelly chimney and was extremely happy with their service. I was able to reach them on first try to make appointment. My appointment was booked within reasonable time frame and their team showed up exactly as expected. Their work was great - the sweep did a terrific job, answered all my questions, pointed out a few existing problems for us to know about and didn't try to upsell me!! Charges were exactly as expected. I may need some future work done and I plan to call them again.
