Every time I am in the area for work I stop by and get a pizza. It is the best pizza in the area and I look forward To lunch or dinner every time I am there. The online ordering is very easy and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody that is in the mood for pizza. My personal favorite is the thin crust with pepperoni and black olives. Amazing!

Want to thank the staff for being very helpful and responsive, I also would personally like to thank Debbie for making sure I was taken care of. She took the time, out of the busiest time of the day, to make sure my concerns were her top priorities when I needed assistance.

My experience at Il Forno represents some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a pizza online, and the order was incorrect. Instead of a civil conversation and ownership of the website and problem, I was berated (yelled at) and told that this isn’t the restaurant’s problem. This comment was made after an associate and the owner (Debbie) proudly admitted that the website did belong to them. I asked to be compensated for the pizza but was denied. Needless to say, my friends, family, and I will never patronize Il Forno again.
This a pizza parlor I have been eating at since grade school. Great foldable thin crust tavern style pizza. Wonderful staff and owners as long as you have a sense of humor!
