Always satisfied.. Quick, even tried the 16 inch which was great! Add the giardiniera if you dare!! I always get the Vito regular #5.. Tuna is super good too.

I have used this location multiple times because of the close proximity to my office. I understand mistakes can happen. But given the fact that instructions were provided on location and person, the driver still has an issue finding the location. This is the second time and the same driver! Very disappointing! Never again! I do enjoy the food but I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. Never again Jimmy John's!!
Very clean restaurant. Staff is very friendly. Quick service. Never overcrowded; mostly people coming in for takeout. Very convenient location; just wish they opened earlier on weekdays.
My sandwich wasn't cut and instead of extra oli and vinegar it was a dry sandwich. Because I got it to go, I didn't realize until I got back to my hotel.
JJ is a nice and popular sandwich chain store in Chicago. But, personally, I like sandwiches made by Subway which food is more tender and moisture to me. JJ's flavor is good.
