Amazing experience! Alex and Sasha were friendly and professional and provided a superior spa service. Without exaggerating (really) this is the most incredible pedicure EVER. The salon was bright, clean and welcoming. Worth every penny to pamper yourself. Recommended products but were not pushy. Gave us some helpful tips. So relaxing. Highly recommend!

Great salon. Professional, warm and friendly. I’ve been going to Mercedes for haircuts and styling for several years. Now that I live out of state, I won’t go to anyone else for a haircut until I come back to Chicago. She is the best, I’m never disappointed and always complemented on my hair after my visit with her.
Great experience from when I was warmly greeted at the door until I checked out. Sam was my stylist. She made length & style suggestions that best suited my face & lifestyle. I've received several compliments on my new look! Thanks everyone, esp Sam!
I had my hair done by Marianne and Samantha 4 days ago. Sam took over 6 inches off, and I LOVE how it turned out. Marianne did my color and although its VERY pretty, it's not exactly what I wanted. I went home and gave it a couple days, but for over 400, I'm not 100% satisfied. I feel like for the price I paid, I'm a bit disappointed with the results. Marianne stopped lightening me 12 minutes early, so I didn't get to the bright, rose gold color I was hoping. Sam even mentioned that the color was very similar to what I came in with, and that's totally not what I wanted since I believed my current color made my roots look gray. Overall, it was a nice experience. Stylists are well educated and know the science behind hair which is awesome. Very friendly and easy to hold a conversation with everyone as well. I just wasn't 100% wowed by the color. I would still recommend the place, though, just be prepared for a north suburbs price point.
I had a massage with Sandy and she was absolutely phenomenal! She is very kind, and has great sense of humor - beside being great massage therapist. Front desk staff was not pleasant, very cold and reserved.
I was very happy with the results of hair cut and highlights. I followed her advise and am very satisfied. Definitely will go back again
I have been having my hair cut by Valerie for YEARS. This girl is fantastic. Everyone in my entire family goes here for cuts, colors, balayage - the works. The facility is clean and easy to find. Scheduling is a total breeze with the front office staff. If you want a relaxing and easy experience with a Stylist that listens to your needs, this is the place to go.
