They doubled the installation time (4-5hrs, 320-400) when they called to inform us about the delivery. I called back to the responsible sales and he clarified that it would only take 2-3hrs (160-240) as promised. When the furnitures arrived, they gave me the same story; 4-5hrs. Customer service said they will only charge 3hrs for 4hrs work. Guys at my house did not agree at all. In the end, no promises were kept. It's terrible when they suddenly want to double the charges like this. MAKE THEM WRITE EVERYTHING DOWN.
