I have been to DeFalco's twice now. I have talked with two different people. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of grains and can customize a kit for you on the spot. They have multiple refrigerators full of hops and yeasts. This place is legit.

Defalcos Clear Lake was a great place the three times I was able to go to the store. Just went today (2/9) and they have closed up to consolidate with the Stella link store.
Best place in the area to get your homebrewing supplies! They know their stuff and have most of the grains, hops and yeast you will need.... plus all the accessories. If they don't have something they can order it for you.
