I called to set up an appointment for a repair and did not hear back for several weeks due to an illness. When I finally did get an appointment it was canceled the day of and rescheduled for 2 days later and cancelled again. The lack of organization and lack of communication is a problem.

I must say... we have a stunning house. Truly, everyone who comes in says so, too. We finished building it last year, and the main reason it’s so stunning is that I hired Molly to design all my window coverings, drapes and most of the furniture. Together we picked through her massive collection of fabric samples, finding beautiful colors, interesting textures, and unique patterns. We even found some sparkly fabrics that are my favorites of all. Nobody has couches that looks like mine, decorative pillows, softly glittering sheers, custom (so comfortable) recliners, or bedding that matches it all. And that’s what makes the house so interesting to live in... one of a kind. Honestly Molly understood my taste and style immediately, and there are two advantages to her being literally “in my head”, knowing right away what I like. The first is we didn’t waste time looking at samples or colors I wouldn’t like. Second, more importantly, it looks so “finished”. When everything in the room is coordinated, the colors all blend and compliment each other, then it LOOKS PERFECT!!! I have a very good eye for this stuff, but numerous times she saw the look I was going for and steered me away from something that wouldn’t have been as masterfully integrated in the end and she was right every time. I trust her eye and her judgement 100%, and I’ve sent several people to her because she flat knows what she’s doing. And she’s a lot of fun! We had a blast doing all this and I’m SO glad I found her. Thanks, Mol. You’re the best.
