It is very shameful for your management and staff, If you can not handle simple booking stuff ,than I feel, its good to discontinue such services. We advance booked your hotel for our vacation, by paying 50% of amount, and planned other things accordingly. But your team just backed out before one day. Shameful !!! That's not professional!! I will never recommend your hotel to any one. And also file a compliant against you.
