Amp was repaired fully and now works great Knowledgeable They were able to make adjustments to fit my schedule, but only after explaining the situation, after which the repair was done faster then promised - They don't offer scheduled repair, only bring and pick up whenever ready - They invoiced more time then I suspect they needed for the small fix that had to be done. This is just a suspicion on my part and not a fact.

Very good customer service! First contact with e-mail was very straight and direct. After going to the shop to see wether we could replace an ear-cup (the headsets are very modular and it had popped out of the seating) they offered a full replacement within guarantee without fuzz. Where large chains do EVERYTHING to avoid you to call on your guarantee and give you a replacement or charge you for \checking it out\ this is so refreshing I'm really going Sony all the way from now on.
Unhappy with the interaction. They repaired my product without announcing me and tried to charge 100 eur. The problem was that a similar product costs 160 eur as new (mine was 4 years old).

Service horrible, pas sérieux ni professionnel. J'ai attendu une journée entière inutilement, le technicien ne s'est pas présenté et n'a même pas appelé. Le service téléphonique est mauvais, longue attente et personnel qui n'a aucune envie d'aider les clients. S'abstenir.
