The ONE time I got in an accident, they unfortunately didn’t do their job. They refused to call the other person’s insurance, despite it being a rear-end accident meaning I was not found at fault. They expected me to pay damages and I had to do all the work to fight with the other person’s insurance and get the damages covered. The body shop did more to help me through this process, whereas Allstate was quick to take my monthly premium instead. I stay ONLY because its the cheapest for my age division. As long as you have no issues its fine, otherwise look elsewhere for more responsive and helpful service.
