I have FINALLY hit the jackpot on finding something to help with depression AND pain! They have been my most valuable resource in 12 years in maintaining a healthy mental state. They have been friendly, responsive, attentive, professional, respected my privacy, and I can't believe life is back! I came to Dr. Hollingworth feeling absolutely miserable and diagnosed with treatment resistant depression. I felt like I had tried everything and that nothing was working; I felt hopeless. Dr. Hollingsworth took me in and was able to see me as soon as possible. He explained all the options and procedures very clearly and outlined any risks that were involved. Ketamine is a very safe procedure and it worked wonders for me. While it isn't a silver bullet to solve all your problems, it can give you that little boost you need to start making positive changes in your life and turn things around. After finishing a loading dose of Ketamine, I also did a round of TMS which seemed to only improve my mood even further. The techs that work at Pacific Psych Center are fabulous and made coming to the clinic everyday for TMS treatments an enjoyable experience that I actually started looking forward to. I'm happy to say that I now have my old happy and enjoyable life back thanks to Dr. Hollingsworth and his team.

The office staff I find to be fantastic. The Dr. is widely respected and very good at what he does. The location is in a nice part of town with views of the ocean. I have zero complaints, I find TMS to be fairly helpful and not painful. If you’re hesitant, don’t be, this place will take great care of you. Highly recommend

Struggling with mental health issues, and then being mislead by the provider search feature (not within 5 miles of me....), things did not start off well. Seconds into my 1st call I am being asked what kind of treatment I am looking for. I'm the patient and they're asking me what the best treatment will be. How about I speak to a professional and we decide together? I'm desperate, and maybe that's obvious. I pause, and the Ketamine pitch comes full blast. Come to the facility for our new and expensive ketamine treatment. No thanks. Can I meet with a therapist? Sure. Yay! Turns out, after 2 virtual visits, their therapists are out of network and I have to pay out of pocket. My insurance changes after open enrollment they decide to try to Bill me after the change it does not go through with my insurance company so they just take the money out of my checking account without any notice, three months after the fact. No call. No letter. No email. I won't be going back.
