They do not care about their patients here. They need a better phone system instead of hanging up on concerned patients just wanting answers! Patient care is not a priority here!!!

Dont pay your deductible! Got my annual check and had to remind them and show them what my blue crossblue shield rep told me that it falls under preventive... If your not sick to your knowledge and you go go in to check your cholesterol lvls basically a over all physical with labs. Its covered. No co pay! The amp rep told me oh ok you dont heve to pay if you dont want too. Second time I went, just to get the labs I had contacted my insurance in advance and they told me it was covered again. Now the rep lady refused my preventive insurance claim and made me pay. This place is double dipping. Avoid at all cost

My daughter takes her 2 children here. The walk in clinic is very convenient and the doctor's are good a little to quick to get you in and out in my opinion. However their follow up is awful. If you have questions on test xrays or a very sick child they NEVER return your calls. If meds aren't working and you need questions answered they will not return your call. I do not understand this. You are dealing with young children and worried parents. You should not have to go into the office again just to get questions answered or results on xrays nor should i have to run to the ER unnecessarily. I go to another Family Practice in Del Rio and they have always returned my call within the hour. These children are not another number but precious little beings who need your care and attention. A RETURNED PHONE CALL CAN GO A LONG WAY IN PREVENTING A BAD SITUATION GETTING WORSE.
