Very good and fast service, got greeted as soon as i walked in the door... Walked out with two new phones at a very good price! I highly recommend coming to this boost mobile location if your looking for great service. Erin was the young man who helped me... He has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable.

Customer service was high satisfying! Sales manager Jorge was very helpful, assisting when it came to me asking questions with monthly billing and upgrades. Sales associate, Aaron also assisted my brother with activating his new purchased phone and even gave great pricing with phone cases and protection screen.

My minor son ordered a phone online from boost Mobile, and it did not come with a return label. I called customer service and waited for 15 minutes and was disconnected. I called again and talk to Bruno after 15 minutes of waiting he said he had to go talk to the sales department I waited some more he said that the phone could be returned said he had a few more things to do and then I was disconnected. Called back waited 20 minutes to talk to Chris you said the phone could be returned we had to do a few more things and then he inadvertently transferred me to Virgin Mobile we tried to transfer me back to which one I was put on hold again and back in the queue and I decided to give up. Check the box to FedEx and they said it would cost 13 to return it to the address. It's customer service service is not good
