They have an amazing wonderful staff. 1st full day of most of the town having power outage and they did great! Lots of staff ,none stressed or panic, steady good pace, took orders walking down the line of people, constantly checking if new orders were needed. Staff stayed very friendly ,like " just a normal day". The wait time was super reasonable, like less than 30 min. Even when they became the only fast food place open after 7pm. Our community really needed them and they worked thru like Champs! Thank you. I was able to bring hot food to 5 households without electricity.

Did an online order and customized my pizza. What a tasty pizza and service was great. Kudos to Adrian and the domino's crew.
I eat a lot of dominos pizzas so tonight I used the dominoes tracker to order a pizza in Del Rio TX. the tracker said my pizza was ready so I walk into the store. There were staff making pizza and one person walking around aimlessly not showing any interest in me and I was the only customer in the store. so I ask him if my pizza is ready? He asked my name and then said no. I asked if this is the only dominoes in the city and one of the staff members said yes. The person I was talking to was just standing there seemingly uninterested and I asked him what should I do. He said come back when it is ready. So I asked when would that be and he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. I checked my tracker and my pizza showed it had been ready for almost 10 minutes. I then just said to anyone who might be listening to just forget it, luckily I had not paid for it up front. As I was preparing to drive away the person I had been dealing with informs me that my pizza is ready. No thanks pitiful customer service
I picked pizza for my family on Sunday and got home to burnt pizza. I went back to get my refund for the bad pizza and the manager was nice enough to pretend he refunded me my money. He said it would take 3 days to show up in my account. I will never buy pizza at this place again. What a deceitful manager. I get it, sometimes things go wrong and it’s not anyone’s fault. What is wrong here is that the manager thought it was okay to be deceitful. I never got my money back.
I tried so hard to like this Domino’s. My husband and I recently moved here and I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of good pizza around here. Usually Domino’s is great but every pizza I try here tastes like cardboard. And tonight, I choked on a long strand of black hair. Absolutely disgusting. Not going back.
So is it the app or the people? The last 2 times we ordered, we were notified (texted) the order was done and when I went to get it, it wasn’t ready. Tonight, they said they had to remake it. I understand things happen, but no apology, no discount, no explanation. Just, it’s going to be about 10 more minutes.
So much for Buffalo wings, if I would of known they were so stingy with their buffalo sauce I would’ve purchased some of the Buffalo sauce cups that they sell. I order 3 pizzas and 2 orders of wings and both were the same
The Del Rio TX location messed up our order tonight. First of all I prefer to order from the app but this location doesn’t allow online ordering. So I had to call the store directly. (I like the accuracy of the app and being able to pay online). After repeating myself several times the employee on the phone hurried through the call, didn’t give me a total or repeat the order at the end of the call. Upon delivery we were missing one pizza. The delivery guy practically ran to the car as I was asking about the missing pizza. Then we called the store directly again. The person on the phone wasn’t very helpful and refused any help. We asked for the manager. The manager claims the problem was we didn’t order the second pizza. (I had 3 other family members present while I was on the phone that heard me). They didn’t offer any help even though we said we wanted the pizza. We were WILLING to pay for it. They didn’t even offer to make one. This was the first time in a while we had ordered from Dominos and it will be the last. Customer service is very lacking at this location. I actually live in Maryland and our local Dominos there has never disappointed.
