Do NOT use them! If there’s a problem They will NOT help you! Very rude and I Should have gotten her name. Now I have to go somewhere else to figure out my issues on something that should have been simple for them. Definitely use someone else

If I could I would put 0 stars because this place is the worst. They did my taxes wrong and after I went to a different H&R Block they were corrected. This place also over charged me and after going to try to speak to them they did nothing to help because first they said they didn't do anything wrong, then that they could no longer do refund for last years returns, and finally they just said they weren't going to do anything to fix their mistake. They could've done so much so they could've done my return correct the first time but all they care about was charging me as much as they could. They changed me from being able to have a free 1040 EZ to making making it a 1040 just so they could charge me more. I will be going to the other H&R Block that didn't return but will never go to this one again.
