Over the top customer service! Went elsewhere with a rental car and they wouldn’t call the rental agency for payment. Came here and I was informed they would call the rental agency themselves and take payment over the phone. Easy easy.. I simply dripped it off and picked it up when it was ready... “no rush” I was told. They knew I was working and even accommodated that. Complete thumbs up for CS and honesty.

Fast service, reasonably priced, quality work
I got new tires for my trailer yesterday. After I got home, they realized they had put the OLD TIRES back on. Then, when they came to get the tires to switch them out, they didn’t bring any of their own tools, and the mechanic working on the trailer had to do it for them. Definitely will never come here again. I should’ve asked for a partial refund. Also, the tire busted the next day, so I’m replacing it again.
Not my type of work experience and I would like to get some help on my subscription
For 120 I had an oil change, rotate and balance, and one flat repair. 120! I even provided my own oil and filter. What should have been a 30 minute service took 1.5 HOURS due to incompetent technicians. This is coming from someone with experience as a tire technician. Furthermore they marked up my rins instead of the tire to resonate location and placement. I have never seen this before in all my experience with tires. I will not give Thimpson Tire any more business.
