This place is terrible!! First customer in this morning and still waiting after 1.5 hours. Watching the guy rotating my tires is killing me, he takes a break between every wheel. They literally have two speeds here.....slow and stop!!!

Took 2 hours to change the oil in my 2015 Ford F-150 and I was the only customer here for an oil change. Don’t waste your time here, service was terrible and it took a ridiculous amount of time for a simple oil change.

I have called 3 times and get put on hold for 10 minutes before I hang up and try again. If this is any indication of how fast their service is, I will take my business somewhere else. Update: Against my better judgement, I took my car to get serviced here because they were the only place open on a Sunday. After waiting a full 3 hours, I was told they couldn’t change my oil because they did not have the correct filter. THREE HOURS for nothing. Never. Again.
