Wide variety of selection Clean and easy to get around. They had a book I've been wanting and it was a major surprise that they had it!

Store closing time at 6pm is fine. Not letting customers inside at 553pm isn't. The security guard blocking us from going in 10 seconds after the previous group was allowed in is a bit much, especially when the guard knew that we needed to get 1 item in the store and knew exactly where it was located. Thank you for ruining our Christmas by making us stay 2 days extra in Del Rio so we could get the item we needed to safely continue our travels. We would have gone to a gas station to get the item we needed except they were out of it.

Cashiers are friendly. I always have to wait when I go to electronic for help. Every time I go shopping at this location, they are out of stock on items that I am look for on a regular basis. When I do online pickup orders, they have to substitute, or cancel multiple items from my order nearly every time because of out of stock products. I work in Del Rio, but choose to drive to Uvalde on my day of to have a more pleasant shopping experience in a cleaner, more organized, friendly store. 3 stars is me being kind to the staff that is over worked because there so few of them.

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart there's no getting around that everyone great till you need to check out and come to a screeching halt. But people are friendly and store is clean so have to give it to them for at least that.
