He was extremely helpful, and made the transaction as easy as I have ever had in a car dealership; in and out and new car in tow! My girlfriend and I found a vehicle online that was at this dealership. We drove a distance to test drive and hopefully make an offer. They don't let you test drive on your own, so always feel pressured. When it came time to talk about offer, the dealership never made one. The online price was \their best\ offer. We made 2 separate cash offers, which were both turned down. Even when the salesman had to go back and get our driver's license, he didn't come back with an offer. We gave 2 offers and this dealership never countered. Only said the online price is all they will do. Not a way to sell vehicles.
