I have been working with DelVal Realty and PM group for about 3 years, and I would give them 6 stars if I could! Paul Joslin is most helpful, very professional and very friendly. He is always makes dealing with everyday \issues\ much more enjoyable. Alan is the best too, he is mindful of budgets, and goes the extra mile to make sure things are the way they should be. Both are very hands on, which is nice. They truly have a great team and I highly recommend them for any property, large or small. Two thumbs up from me!!!
