We just finished a pier & beam foundation project with Armadillo on an older home build in the 1930's that had some cheap/bad work done from a previous owner. We got quotes from about 3 different companies and ultimately choose Armadillo because John, the owner, was the ONLY company to 1. Be on time to the quote. 2. Wear a mask without having to be asked (During Covid). 3. Return my emails and calls promptly. 4. Actually provide thorough drawings with proper measurements and information about their process during the quoting stage that reflected the cost of repairs. We ended up getting some old 90 year old beams replaced that had rot and termite damage, sistered joists throughout the foundation and a mix of poured concrete and block piers (due to our tight budget). Once the work began his team was friendly and helpful when I had any questions. We found a few more things that needed to be repaired and he worked within my budget and went above and beyond to get the job done correctly! I can't speak to how the foundation will hold up over time because it's only been a few days since the work has finished. We can however tell a NOTICEABLE difference in the leveling and sturdiness of our home both inside and out.

Did a great job leveling the house. They clean the area when the job was complete even raked all debris away from the house.
