Panera is always great. I tried curbside pick up and clicked I’m here, and put in parking spot 1, the app said “we will bring it right out”. After waiting a while I went in and the staff was unaware that I was waiting, not sure if the app actually works. They forgot my smoothie in the haste to find my order when I went in, which I noticed when I arrived home. Not sure what happened, maybe the tech doesn’t work that awesome.

Gone down hill since they started only allowing salsa dancers to eat there.
I called the location after over an hour had gone by since I made a delivery order. The delivery guy had dropped my food off at the wrong location. Instead of the the lady on the phone apologizing or offering to make if right, she persisted that it had been dropped off here and that I hadn't put the business I worked at in the info (which I did). In the end she finally called the delivery guy and he figured out the error and brought me my food an hour and a half after I had ordered it. The delivery guy said there was a place with the exact same address right down the road (???). In fairness the delivery guy offered to take my food back and redeliver hot food.
1st of all they have new employee that took my order he was good .However When it came time to pick up my order nobody checked the order I left with half of my order. I had to drive back to pick up the rest of my order. When I finally got it home. The sandwich was Thrown together so terribly it was all over. After going back-and-forth I also had cold soup don't think I'll be back
Ordered through DoorDash and had some issues. When I called the manager was super nice and apologetic. 'Replacement' food got here super fast. Food is always nice and hot. Never really have any issues with this store and if I do they always make it right.
