I absolutely love Delano!! I’ve only been here a month but am in love with everything!! I have a beautiful apartment, an amazing screened in porch that I can access from my living room or master bedroom with a gorgeous view !! I was kind of nervous moving into an apartment community after being in a private home for so long, but I must admit it’s been a wonderful experience so far! Property is always clean, neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors have all been very nice, close to everything anyone could ever want, maintenance responds very quickly and even texts you when they have completed your request. Leasing team has been top notch since day 1.. Ask for Tolliver when you come in she is phenomenal !!

This review is based only on customer service. The first time I called Tolliver had great customer service. However, after I submitted an application it seems I was the one doing all the contacting. Tolliver was very hard to reach. This is why my review was updated.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are cheap, that is how they get you, but there is a price you pay with that cheap price. We had noise complaints filed against us and taken action on for days we were on VACATION. We file complaints? They tell us there is nothing they can do. Just don't. There are WAY BETTER PLACES TO LIVE
I have lived here at the Delano for several years and believe me, it has been a pleasure. My apartment is quite spacious and the upkeep has been great. While the office staff have always been courteous, kind, informative and give great appearance, the maintenance team does an excellent job just the same. If I have any requests for repairs, they are prompt and efficient. Delano has been my home since relocating years ago and I would not want to live at any other apartment complex. “May God continue to bless the Delano and the staff Real Good!!!”
Horrible customer service. Just recently moved out after two years. You are suppose to receive a call to attend a final inspection so that way you know they are not adding any unnecessary fees. No call was ever made but an “inspection” was apparently held. This type of communication is par for the course with this team. Received a bill for items such as cleaning toilets (something that was done prior to us leaving) almost a month later stating we had 3 days to make a payment or we would be sent to collections. When we asked to see any correspondence of an inspection or certified letter being signed, none could be produced. Stay here only if you want to deal with management who doesn’t know how certified mail works. Absolutely lazy and incompetent assistant manager Donna runs the day to day operations and we would not recommend it to any one we cared about.
