I drive a small 3800 series v6 buick nothing special. I was robbed for 79.74 for a oil change. Cashier didn't say anything about pricing until it was all said and done. They're standard oil is only1/3 the price of they're synthetic. None the less a synthetic oil change should not have been that much that is absurd price gouging for any vehicle. I normally paid 45 for a full synthetic oil change at a local shop in my home state. Please price check your vehicles needs with other retailers before going here I promise there is more affordable and professional shops. I drove my vehicle all the way from Texas to here in Wisconsin. I just installed new brake pads and rotors along with tires, tie rods and ball joints about a month ago before my trip (I installed all the parts myself besides the tires) I just needed a simple oil change. They tried to convince me the car needed new brakes tires and suspension. How ironic.. They will squeeze any money they can get from you.
Great customer service! Very fast service. Came In with a emergency tire issue and they went above and beyond to make sure I got my vehicle back on the road. 5 star all day!!!
I got front end alignments done here years ago and the experience was mediocre but the price was good. I recently called to get pricing and then schedule JUST a front end alignment since that is all I need(replaced some parts in the front end). They wouldn't even give me a price for just a front end alignment and wanted to do all 4 which I do not need. Even after I told him that all I wanted/needed was a front end alignment. He just wouldn't acknowledge the fact that I only wanted a front end alignment. Obviously I'm going somewhere else.
