Pro’s: The bed was comfortable. Con’s: Where do I start? I literally cried tears of disappointment when I walked into our room. The Resort is very dated. The carpet was stained. The furniture was worn. The balcony look dirty with something that looked like cobwebs on the chairs. The tiny microwave was inside the clothing closet. The outside of refrigerator was dirty. The resort fees were 20 a night, but did not include any interesting amenities. The resort calls WiFi, local phone calls and their pool, amenities. I feel those things are standard for an average hotel. Though they didn’t have anything of interest to offer, they still charged us 20 a night additional for amenities. Additionally, the resort charged us 160 more to cover charges while staying there, they said we could use our money for food or massages and they’ll take the money from the money they were holding. We were not aware of this charge until we arrived. We were told if we didn’t use the 160, it would be refunded at check out, but that did not happen. I am still waiting for that charge to change to a credit. The massages were over two hundred dollars a piece and the resort gave us a coupon for 5 off the price of the massage. There were no available massage appointments during our stay, yet this was called an amenity though it was not possible to utilize. There were only a few channels to view on the very old model television. The room was not cleaned the three nights we were there. We took out our own trash and sparingly used the towels in the room to avoid having to drive to the front building for additional towels. The staff was not welcoming. We did not feel like welcomed guests. I expressed my concerns during check out and the manager said, she would look into it. She did not offer a credit or partial refund. She said because we pre- paid for our stay through a booking app., there was nothing she could do. We feel like we were ripped off. What we saw on their website is not what we received.

We were able to get a room at 4pm on a Saturday. Double queen room was extremely clean, spacious and stocked with toiletries and towels. The room smelled great and the sheets were sparkling white. We had a private balcony and huge bathroom The pool was clean and well maintained. Very happy, will return!
Very nice resort. Went to see the NEW Piano Guys. The venue was fresh and clean. Staff was nice. Drinks were priced as you would expect for a musical event. Decent selection and lines were not long. I'd go again.

Don't expect a room with outlets available. Won't clean room even if you ask. You are expected to be your own maid service. Bathtub/SHOWERS very slippery we both almost fell several times. Won't do late check out only 10am. Very worn. Can hear every sounds through walls and ceilings. Won't go back again.
We are locals in the area we frequent Lake lawn on a weekly basis. The staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Bar prices are average, The indoor pool is awesome during the winter! The spa is incredible!
Staff was nice. Was alot for the kids to do! Arcade was cool, and I enjoyed the fact that there was plenty of places to go. The buildings were clean, the grounds were clean. Was a good experience, was told we could hang out longer but would be nicer to have a later check out.
My husband and I spent close to 500 on a fitness and pool membership the past Sunday. When we came for the first time today, half of the exercise equipment did not turn on. On top of that, we were explicitly informed when we bought the membership that our guests can get day passes for 50% off. Today our guests were charged full price. It was only until 3 of us reminded them that we were told 50% off did they honor it (for this day only...?). The supervisor was not accommodating at all. We’re thankful they got 50% off today. Granted a day pass is only 15, however when we’re spending hundreds of dollars to use their facilities, I expected much more from what we received and how we were treated. The supervisor told us he would send someone to fix the machines. That was 30 minutes ago and I’m still waiting to use the treadmill. Aside from all that, this resort is gorgeous. However, We had a very poor first experience.
