Delaware ATA has been an amazing experience for our son. He has been a student here for about a year and we couldn't be happier. The owners and the teachers are always so positive and do an amazing job of building confidence in the students. They have developed a safe and structured environment that fosters tight connections between teacher and student. I highly recommend Delaware ATA to any parents looking for a healthy activity to help build their child's confidence.

My two teenagers and I all train at Delaware ATA. Instructors are fabulous and very well trained, and they treat you as family. It is an all inclusive environment where everyone is encouraged to learn at their own pace. Our experiences have taught myself and my children so much about all aspects of life. We have truly learned more from Mr. and Mrs. Williams than we ever anticipated.

The leadership at all levels in this school is phenomenal. The focus appears to be not only on developing individuals but also helping the community whenever they can. The Williams are driven to help everyone succeed, whatever that means to each individual. Their amazing talent and simply their kindness make this school a treasure. My six year old son started classes in February. Within two months, there was noticeable and significant improvement in his self-control, temper, and willingness to help around the house, and help his younger sisters. We struggled for four to five years unsuccessfully to get his outbursts and quick temper under control. In just a few months of ATA classes, my son progressed toward the behavior we expect from him. My son enjoys the classes and has fun. The instructors have a special way of teaching martial arts and discipline to the kids while still making class fun. Sometimes it’s hard to tell if the students or instructors are having more fun. I like the way the instructors handle students who are disruptive and lack focus. The kids are guided with dignity and encouragement that they can do better. For kids that are especially challenging, the instructors meet with the parent(s) and child together in a calm and respectful manner. They are informed about expectations for the child’s performance and behavior in the class and steps that can be taken to achieve those goals. The instructors help the parent(s) and child maintain confidence that the child can accomplish the goals of the class despite the child’s current behavioral challenges. I highly recommend Delaware ATA for anyone that wants their child to gain discipline, self-control, and confidence.
