Estimated repair time for a back bumper repair was 23 days. It was not completed on time. The repair took 29 days to complete. Customer service is decent and repairs are well done.

Delaware Cadillac body shop left 6ft of masking material (trash) inside my door after performing work. The trash eventually jammed up the door locks resulting in a costly repair. I reached out to Delaware Cadillac and they resolved the situation appropriately and fairly. As for the work they do, with the exception of this incident, it's always top notch; almost like it never happened.
