Great Place to Explore. I'm an adult learner going back to school after a lot of years. On more than one occasion, I've needed a book that provides an introductory level of information to a course and when calling the Delaware County Library, the Librarians at 2 of its locations were very helpful. They had pulled several books for me to consider and had them ready when I arrived at the library. It was nice because I didn't know for sure what books to look for or exactly what I needed.

This is my favorite library. It was a beautiful place with vibrant community activities including many for children. It had been a meeting place for the DCBDD. Unfortunately, it is still closed for those who have developmental disabilities and for those who have medical conditions. Kids with developmental disabilities will not understand why they cannot go into a library when they see non-disabled children and adults entering the building. They would be extremely unhappy to be told they have to wait and receive curbside service only. Curbside service would be more of a tease than a help. I'm so sad for our communities. I hope that these policies change soon and that all people can enter the library again. I miss the librarians' smiling faces. I hope you're all doing well. Maybe someday... Old post (with 5 stars). What a wonderful library! It's small, but clean & well organized! It's perfect for kids who get overwhelmed by large crowds of people. The staff members are friendly & helpful!

Wonderful little library tucked away in the corner behind the elementary school in Ostrander. Spent alot of time here as a child, just returned after not visiting for a few years, the staff was so wonderful- helpful and very very kind. Very safe and cozy atmosphere. Tons of great books and materials.
