I've used Maid Simple twice for my apartment move-out cleaning services and they've done an excellent job both times! They're friendly, efficient, fast, thorough, and do truly leave the place spotless. Thanks to Maid Simple, I've always received my full security deposits back leasing offices. We are planning to use them as a regular cleaning service for our home because the pricing is so reasonable and they do such a great job! Highly recommend!

Ray does an amazing job. I love the convenience of booking my appointments online. Ray gives me updates at the end of my appointment if he sees any issues and goes above and beyond my expectations.
They’ve never let me down! Maid Simple is a professional company with whom I’ve never had a negative experience. I’ve had to reschedule the morning of service a couple times and they have always been understanding and overall amazing. My house is sparkling as well thanks to Ray, who puts up with my cats and dogs and even lets them out when I get held up at work. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, go with Maid Simple!
Ray did an amazing job in our home. It was our first clean and he went above and beyond knowing we had a newborn and small children during this pandemic. He cleaned, sanitized, and even organized! We look forward to him coming back.
Our family is so grateful for Maid Simple! Ray has always been on time (or early) and has done an amazing job cleaning our home (that two small children and two dogs make a mess of daily). We have missed his monthly visits greatly during the pandemic. We were super pumped when he returned today and really went ABOVE and BEYOND cleaning our home from top to bottom. Seriously, I cannot overstate the quality of job he did today. Would recommend Maid Simple in heart beat!
