Just bought a beautiful new Forester from Delaware Auto. We shopped around across several dealerships. Kevin listened to what our goals were and what we were hoping to achieve and he put together a deal that met those needs. The other dealers all provided similar offers or offered to match my best offer, but Delaware Auto won with the relationship. Andy, the Sales Manager, was so kind he even helped keep our crazy 3 yo tame while we got through paperwork. A really genuine sales team and I would highly recommend doing business with them. We recently purchased another car a couple weeks ago and while we were happy with the fiscal part of the transaction, we weren't with the relationship. We felt like just another tally on their goal board. At Delaware Auto, they really care about you as a person, they look out for your family and it's worth it to do business here.

We had an excellent experience with Delaware Subaru this week, resulting in a car we are enthusiastic about for several reasons, including safety, economy, and style. We received excellent guidance and had an altogether pleasant experience -- not to be taken for granted with a car purchase. They had a car that I liked, but they weren't really flexible with the pricing. I had two other offers for similar cars with a much higher discount than what they offered me, but they won't budge. I drove from Baltimore to Delaware to end up returning to Owings Mills, where I bought my car the same day. Then, they called me the next day to make a deal, which was too late. I wish they have been more flexible from the beginning like other Subaru dealers. The two stars are for Kevin Ellis, the salesperson; he was professional throughout the entire process.
