As a senior citizen who has lived here over 5 years, I have been very pleased with the service by the maintenance team and the office. Any problems have been quickly taken care of by friendly staff. I feel safe here and enjoy my apartment, and hope to make this my home for many years to come.

The property managers Michelle and Tara are AWESOME! And the only reason why we signed another lease. Michelle and Tara are really cool, know what they're doing, get things done when they say they will be done and are very fair to all residents. We are glad they are here. Thank you! P.S..we convinced our neighneighbor to renew her lease also. Yay!
I have always had a difficult time turning into the last entrance. There is no lighting like there is at the front entrance. I think for the safety of all the back lot residents it is a safety issue! Please consider this dilemma. Thank you for your time. The pond is a never ending problem during the spring and summer that often gets forgotten about or put off until “later”. It should have at least 2 people to care for it 1-2 times a week! It is a great attraction feature of Troy Farms. It should be cared for as such! Please fix the sprinklers and KEEP THEM WORKING!!! It would be gratefully appreciated. Thank you!
The manager is awesome. The snow removal not so good. Ive been in this one bedroom I think 3 years and no one has changed the furnace filter as of yet. Lawncare could step it up with detailing. People keeping too much stuff on patios and decks that really looks bad. All in all I do like living here, but there is much room for improvements.
I moved in about four months ago and I love living here, the office staff is friendly and helpful and the maintenance staff does a great job. I would recomend living here to everyone.
