Unprofessional customer service and not worth buying from here I wanted to get some books that were not available from other online sellers and wanted to inquire about the Cash on delivery option that they have as I couldn't choose it while placing the order so I called them , the lady who answered my call just said no and cut the call didnt even bother explaining why , so I paid with card and made an order. Few days later the price of my order was reduced and I wanted to get another book so i called them again once again a lady picked up and asked my order number without me explaining first , when I went to explain she cut the call again and pick answer further calls. My advice is to stay away from this site and buy books from other sites even if they are a bit expensive Edit:- Order ID-BW21011947840501 I have sent a few emails too and received no reply
The best place to get the greatest books, especially the ones that don't show up or remain out of stock on the major online sellers. I always prefer their website to get good hardback editions of my favourite books. Excellent customer service, prompt refunds if you decide to cancel and book always arrives in perfect condition, in excellent packaging.

Why run an online store when you don't want to respond to your customer queries. I read the other review and was hesitant to try this site but its true uncooperative customer care , COD option is shown on the book but can't be opted while ordering, etc.. Stay away from this site buy from amazon. Worst service
